instructions:
- WASD to move.
- Space to jump.
- Right mouse button to add a block.
- Left mouse button to remove (destroy) a block.
- Middle mouse button to copy block type.
- R to respawn at the spawn point.
- Alt / F10 to release mouse pointer and open the game menu.
- Enter to set a new spawn point.
- B to open the inventory
- F to toggle fog distance.
- 1/9 or scrollwheel to change building block type.
